Happy Wednesday! I am sharing today a very basic office outfit.
I love this type of outfit, as I think it’s easy to wear and makes you look like you spent more time on your outfit than you actually did. Even though I have an at-home office, I try not to spend the whole day slouching in my PJs and I try to put a bit more effort into my looks, just as if I was leaving the house in the morning. It makes me feel a lot better and I actually think I’m more productive this way.
For this outfit I wore a turtle-neck sweater, which I don’t usually wear, but I thought it would go nicely with this combination. I got it as a Christmas present from my mom and it’s so easy to pair with various outfits. For making the outfit look more office-inspired and chic, I added a structured black blazer and a pair of black pointed-toe heels (I don’t wear heels very often, but these are not too high, so they’re actually quite comfy). I also added a few golden jewelry pieces, because I feel like they make a simple outfit like this look more interesting.

  1. Such a great outfit! I totally wish I could pull off high-waisted jeans like yours, but they just don't work for my body type. You on the other hand look fabulous! Love that you still get dressed up even if you work from home – I think I would do the same thing 🙂 Thanks for hosting!
