The Body Shop Haul

Since The Body Shop recently opened up near me, I decided to go in and pick up a few bits that I really wanted to try from their range. I asked on Instagram for your suggestions on which products you love the most, so I did take those recommendations into consideration whilst shopping there. I also filmed a video all about these recent purchases, so you can watch that here if you're interested.

Firstly, I wanted to try some products from their skincare range, because I was definitely lacking some skincare products for my evening routine.

I picked up the Oils of Life Intensely Revitalising Facial Oil, which I use as a serum at night after cleansing my skin and before applying a moisturizer. It has a really lovely scent and absorbs into your skin quite fast. I also wanted to try something from their Vitamin C range, so I went for the Vitamin C Daily Glow Cleansing Polish. This is basically a scrub cleanser, which is actually quite gentle on the skin. It has a nice citrus-type of scent and definitely cleanses your skin thoroughly. I feel like it's perfect to use after a regular makeup remover. From their makeup collection, I picked the Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder, which is one of those honeycomb-looking bronzers. I love this so much already, I've been using it everyday ever since I got it. It's perfect both for a subtle bronzed look, and for a deeper contour. I got it in the shade Dark Matte, in case you're wondering.

The next two products that I got are actually not for myself, they're Christmas gifts for some friends. They have such lovely gift sets currently, I might go and get some more actually. I picked up a set from their Coconut collection (the one with a hand cream and a lip balm) and one from their Spiced Apple collection (with a shower gel and a body butter).

That's pretty much everything that I got on this trip. Let me know if you have any other suggestions for products that I should try from The Body Shop. What are you favourite products from their range?
