H&M Home is definitely one of the most inspiring places for homeware pieces. I've been browsing their online store for a while now and finally decided to purchase a few bits for our home. As you might be able to tell from the photos, I basically chose all things metal/golden/geometric. I absolutely adore the feel that these give to our home. The place is mainly decorated in white, grey, beige, brown - basically neutrals. So I feel like these add something a bit more cool to the whole look. I love the minimalist and modern feel that these all have. I'm still looking for more bits to add to the place... even though we moved in at the beginning of the year, I still feel like it's pretty new and it needs more decor into it (or maybe that's just an excuse to get more homeware stuff - haha!).
The main things that I wanted to get were the two geometric candle holders to place on shelves around the home (I got one in gold and the other one is copper), but I obviously didn't stop there. By the way, please ignore the frames with stock photos... we're currently printing photos to fill those. I'm still unsure as to where I should put the copper geometric basket. I'm trying to decide whether to have it in my living room with a cosy blanket or magazines in it, or if I should place it in my bedroom - maybe on my vanity holding some blanket scarves... Let me know what you would use it for. I love it, but I can't decide what purpose I should give it. Finally, I got some bits for my coffee table/kitchen: a napkin holder, a cute city-landscape mug and some matching landscape coasters. These are perfect for getting my morning coffee in before I start my day.
That's about it for the damage I did in H&M home. I feel like they have the best copper/golden/geometric type of decor at the moment and these are items that I've been wanting to get for quite some time now. They're the perfect additions to the living room!
