White Shirt | What I Wore

Shirt: New Yorker  |  Jeans: New Yorker  |  Shoes: H&M  |  Necklace: H&M  |  Bracelets: H&M

The weather has finally started to treat us better, so I am really excited to be bringing out the ballet flats, and sandals, and short sleeves. I've just written the list above, of the places where I got these clothing items, and I realized that everything's either from New Yorker or from H&M. Haha! And in other outfit posts I had a lot of New Look things as well. I guess those are the stores where I find the most interesting clothing items to me. Plus they're all pretty affordable stores. On this note, leave me in the comments below what your favourite fashion store is, because I'm really curious to know!!

The outfit that I'm wearing is, as per usual, quite a simple one, which I wore on a day-date that we had this weekend. We went to get some pizza and lemonade, so I wore a casual outfit, but I still tried to look cute. I am loving this shirt at the moment, which has some really interesting details on it (golden bars on the shoulders and cute buttons). I paired it with a pair of lighter colored jeans and the floral ballet pumps from H&M that are the perfect pair for spring, if you ask me. All of the accessories are from H&M too: the simple round necklace and the stack of bracelets.

I hope you enjoyed this! Let me know what you think of the outfit and don't forget to link yours below.

Back to Grey | What I Wore

Faux Fur Vest: Bershka  |  Top : New Yorker  |  Pants: New Yorker  |  Shoes: H&M  |  Sunglasses: H&M

Can you believe the outfit I'm wearing today? Unfortunately, it was back to the faux fur vest lately, because the weather has been crazy cold. It's so unpredictable, one minute it's really sunny, the next - it's windy and cold, as if winter was coming back. I cannot wait for it to finally stay warm, but until then, I guess it's back to the warmer clothing items. I went for a basic layer with the black top and grey pants, whilst throwing over that my faux fur vest from Bershka to keep me extra warm. I did go for flats, though, and I'm wearing these simple beige ones I got from H&M not too long ago. I think these are so comfortable and they go with almost any outfit you could think of. I'm pretty sure I will get a lot of use out of them. So whilst I am awaiting the warmer weather, link your outfits below so I can at least get some spring inspiration - haha! :)

Quick Monday Morning Skincare

Since it is Monday, and we all know how excited and enthusiastic (Not!) everyone gets on Monday mornings, I thought I would share with you the quick and easy skincare routine that I usually go for when I'm getting ready for the week. First thing I do is remove any makeup residue that may have remained on my skin and just overall refresh my face, using the Garnier Micellar Water. This is a really lovely product, let alone the fact that it's super affordable for the amount you get. I'm quite positive this will last me absolutely forever before I end up finishing it up.
Next step is a deeper cleanse, and in the mornings I like to go for a gentle cleansing lotion. Lately I've been loving thoroughly the one from Boots No.7 Beautiful Skin range. It leaves the skin very soft and it's especially good if you have sensitive skin, since it's not too rough.
Final step before the makeup application is, obviously, a little bit of moisturizer. I like to prep the skin with my beloved Garnier Moisture Match for illuminating the skin. I truly feel that after using it for several months, it has actually brightened up the overall look of my skin. You should definitely try this moisturizer if you haven't already. It's got a very thin consistency and absorbs quickly into the skin, so it's perfect for day wear.

That sums up my Monday morning skincare routine, although I pretty much follow the same steps every day of the week. What's in your current morning skincare regime? Let me know in the comments below!

Spring Date Outfit | What I Wore

Top: New Look  |  Pants: New Yorker  |  Shoes: H&M

I think this is the first really light spring outfit. We finally had some true spring weather, so I was very excited to get out my new H&M flats, which I've been waiting for so long to be able to wear. It is, though, a very simple spring outfit - I would say. This weekend, me and my fiancé visited our families in our hometown, so it was a really lovely time. And since the weather was incredibly nice, we took advantage and went on little walks through our hometown, so it was kinda like a day-date. I wore my crochet top from New Look, which I am really loving at the moment, paired with a simple pair of dark skinny jeans. For accessories, I went for a pair of aviator sunglasses and a simple pale-pink clutch. And that's about it for today's outfit post!

I hope you enjoyed this! Let me know what you think of the outfit and don't forget to link yours below.

Striped Blazer | What I Wore

Blazer: Sheinside  |  Jeans: New Yorker  |  Scarf: New Look  |  Bracelets: H&M  |  Watch: New Look  |  Boots: Deichmann

Welcome to another What I Wore Wednesday post! Today's outfit is one I wore for running some errands around town, which I wouls say is a combination between comfy/casual and office appropriate. I am loving this new blazer I got from Sheinside, especially because striped patterns are some of my favourite. I paired it with a simple black top from H&M and navy skinny jeans from New Yorker. I really like wearing the blazer with rather simple items, since it's already got a pretty bold pattern. For accessories, I threw on a grey infinity scarf from New Look and a stack of bracelets (from H&M) and me golden New Look watch. It's still pretty cold in the mornings where I live, so I can't really break out my flats, which means I am still going for the ankle boots in my wardrobe. It is supposed to get warmer after this weekend (yay!), so hopefully I'll be able to get out the more spring-ish items.

I hope you enjoyed this post. Let me know what you think of the outfit and don't forget to link yours below.

Simple 4-Products Makeup of the Day

All of these beauty products you see above are old favourites of mine, most of which I am "rediscovering" in my collection. It's not that I stopped liking these products, I just failed to use them that often anymore, so I thought I would whip them out today and try a makeup look with these. It really made me remember why I loved them so much. Also, the makeup of the day for this post is reaaally simple, maybe I will do a video tutorial on it, because I think it's very spring appropriate and really quick to achieve. I only used four products, 2 for the face and 2 for the eyes.
I started with my base of just the La Roche Posay BB Cream, a very light coverage product that is hydrating and protecting for the skin. I also applied a bit of blush, and I used the Elf Studio Blush in Peachy Keen. I have not used this in ages and I know I used to love wearing it so much.
For the eyes, I went for my old Sleek Storm palette, which is an amazing quality for the price. I used the two lightest shades in the palette all over the lid (1st and 2nd from the top row), and the third shade (the matte light brown) in the crease, for a bit more of a defining look. Finally, I applied the Maybelline The Falsies mascara and that's about it for this quick and simple look.

It's a really simple and quick makeup that I think I will go for a lot more often now that it's spring. What products do you use for a simple everyday look?

Bold Printed Pants | What I Wore

Top: New Look (similar)  |  Pants: Sheinside  |  Boots: Deichmann (similar)  |  Sunglasses: H&M

If you've been following my blog a while or seen my usual outfits, you will know that I rarely step out of my comfort zone when it comes to clothes and my casual jeans outfits are always my go-to ones. However, I've been eyeing this pair of pants from Sheinside for quite a while now and couldn't decide whether I would be brave enough to wear them or not. So I finally decided to just go for it and get them, and I have to say - these look really cute on, or at least in my opinion they do. I actually think I'll be wearing them a lot during springtime. They're a really nice fit and I found that my favourite way of wearing these is pairing them with a simple top, like this one from New Look. What I love most about the top is that crochet detailing at the bottom - I feel like it gives the outfit more of a boho vibe. I am still wearing my ankle boots though, because it is not extremely warm outside yet. And in case you were wondering, I do have to wear a coat or jacket on top of this outfit or I will freeze. So yeah, still waiting for actual spring weather.

I hope you enjoyed this post. Let me know what you think of the outfit and don't forget to link yours below.
