Skincare Routine

5:30 PM

Since I have not done a skincare regime type of post in quite a while, I figured it would be about time to give you an update - it has changed quite a bit from my last one I did. Plus this one is a more summertime appropriate one. Here are the products I use on a regular basis:

La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo: I like to use this mostly at night, but I'll also apply it in the mornings if my skin is particularly troubling at the moment. I actually think this made a difference in the overall appearance of my skin and it's supposed to be especially nice for acne prone skin.

Bioderma Exfoliating Purifying Gel: This is the scrub I use 1-2 times a week, not more than that because it is very efficient and you don't want your skin to get too sensitive. I would highly recommend it for getting rid of dead skin cells and deep cleaning your face.

Garnier Moisture Match: I have this in the Normal to Dry combination, which is not too thick in consistency, so it absorbs quite fast into your skin, but it's still good enough for dry patches on your skin. I love this for summertime because it's not too rich to the point where you feel greasy.

Avene Thermal Spring Water: This is a must-have in my summer bag because it is perfect for refreshing your face without having to actually splash any water on or ruining your makeup for the day.

Bioderma Micellar Water: Ok, do I really need to explain why I like this? I'm sure not, after all the raves you probably heard about the product. I firstly got it in a small bottle, because I wanted to test it before committing to the huge full-sized product. And in case you are wondering - yes, I already got the big sized one as well as a consequence.

Origins Spot Remover Treatment: This is also something that doesn't really need much of an introduction. I find that this will make any acne spots disappear in 2-3 days, so it's perfect for getting rid of those fast. Especially if you have an event coming up!

That's pretty much my stash of skincare products. Hope you enjoyed this and maybe it helped you! What are some of your staples when it comes to skincare?
