What I Wore Wednesday #6 | Pastels & Plaid

shirt : random store
pants : zara basic
flat shoes : random store
necklace : avon

Today's outfit is a bit of an upgrade from my latest casual outfits. I am still pretty much home-bound, since I've got about 3 weeks to go with my exams, but I always feel like a bit of layering gives something extra to your outfit. I layered my plaid shirt on top of a simple white tank top and then added a vintage-looking necklace to finish off the look. I also feel like beige pants are very appropriate for the warm days, when it's actually not too hot outside. I like these ones from Zara basic because of the stretchy fabric and they're also a bit high waisted, so they're great for switching up form the regular blue jeans.

  3. I love how soft this look is without being too comfy or sloppy looking which can happen with both beige and flannel. Great work!

  10. Nice look :)
the plaid top just works good breaking the calmness tone without losing the initial feel of "pastel" :)
