April Favorites

3:14 PM

Welcome back to another monthly favorites post! For the month of April I've gotten more into skincare, mainly because my skin has started to act up lately. The first skincare product I've been loving is the Bioderma Exfoliating Purifying Gel, which is absolutely amazing for people who have combination skin, like I do. I only use this twice a week, which is the recommended amount - I believe-, because it is a scrub type of product, so excessive use is not advised. I find that it removes dead skin cells wonderfully and leaves your face very soft afterwards. I then move on to use the Ivatherm Micellar Lotion, which I've been using every single day of this month. It is perfect for removing makeup gently, both on the face and the eyes, since it is designed for sensitive skin. I love the fresh scent it has as well. My last skincare product of the month is the Origins Spot Remover Treatment, which has been so great at getting me rid of my blemishes - whenever I see/feel a new one coming, I apply a dab of this and it is gone in 2 days. The only thing about this is that it will dry your skin like crazy, so only apply it directly on the spot - not the area around it. Other than that, it is amazing!
I've also re-discovered my Maybelline Color Tattoo eyeshadow in Pink Gold, which is a perfect base for my eye makeup and it has a very lovely shade. It is a little sparkly, so if you are not a fan of that, this will probably not be your cup of tea. Finally, I have been adoring my new Real Techniques brushes  - they are unbelievably soft and make my makeup look very flawless. I particularly like the Buffing Brush and the Countour Brush.

Hope you enjoyed this months favorites! Which ones are yours? Link up if you have done a favorites post too!
