I don't know about you, but I always try to take a nice relaxing bath in the weekend, to unwind and pamper myself a bit. Now this requires your usual "kit": the face mask, hair mask, body exfoliator and you know the drill. Lately, I've discovered these two Avon products which I added to the routine. They are basically made with lavender and camomile scents, both which are known to help with relaxation and, as Avon puts it, these should offer "sleep serenity". I don't know how much that works, the whole getting you sleepy - maybe it's just the placebo effect, but I definitely feel more relaxed after using these. I like to pour a small amount of the bath salt in my tub and then I use the balm when I get out on my wrists - I'm actually not sure where you're supposed to apply this (let me know if you do!), but I figured I could smell it best if it was on my wrists.
That's pretty much it for my weekend relaxation routine and for getting ready for a nice sleep.
Have you ever tried lavender, supposedly-relaxing products? And do you think they work?
Thank you for taking the time to read my blog!
