Since this is my first food-related post of this year, I'm going to start with a fresh and healthy recipe that I found on Pinterest here. I modified it just a bit, adding some dried salami to it, because I really wanted to have some meat with it. Basically it contains: whole wheat bread, light cheese, baby spinach, avocado, dried salami.
It is actually really good, in my opinion, plus you know you're eating something healthy, which is always a plus for me. No big philosophy about this, I actually wouldn't even call it a "recipe", because it is ready in no time. Definitely give it a go if you're looking for something quick and healthy to make.
