Step 1: I used some cream cheese on whole-wheat bread, as I loove cream cheese on my sandwiches.
Step 2: I added some baby spinach on top.
Step 3: This is optional, but I also put some chicken ham on the sandwich.
Step 4: For the avocado sauce you obviously need avocado (chopped into pieces). I've added a bit of squeezed lemon juice, and a spoon of sour cream in order to make everything more like a sauce/cream. Also, add some salt and pepper, and then blend everything together.
Step 5: Then simply pour the avocado sauce on top and (optionally) add some grated cheese, as you can see I've done in the picture below.
That is it, guys! Pretty simple and quick I would say! It's really perfect for when you don't really have a lot of time to cook, but still want something healthy. I love this, especially now that I'm pretty busy with my exams and all.
