Welcome to another food-related post! You might notice that a lot of the meals I share with you are pretty healthy ones, because I'm trying to eat as healthy as possible (even though I get a fast food type of thing every one in a while). This is also because I've started a new workout and I'm trying to match that with a good eating regime (it's the 30 Day Shred workout, and I'll keep you updated on that!!).
I'm mostly the kind of person that likes a good breakfast, so I've been looking for new recipes to change up my mornings. One of them I found on one of Kayleigh's videos, where she showed this super simple, yet delicious breakfast idea: oatmeal, bananas and cinnamon. Definitely try it if you haven't already!
How I did this:
I put a cup of oatmeals in a bowl with milk, then microwaved it for a minute. Add a sliced banana and some cinnamon. And that is it!! How quick is that?!
I think this recipe is great especially if you're a busy person and don't have a lot of time in the morning to prepare a fancy breakfast. And it's healthy too!
