Sleek Storm Palette | Review

News! News! I'm finally putting behind my lazy mood for blogging and starting to take it seriously again, as I feel bad for neglecting it. Actually, it's not like I've been a couch potato for the past months, it's just that university takes a whole lot of time..to study, prepare for classes etc. Between that and struggling to take a few "good" pictures with my phone (as my camera was broke), my mood for making blog posts was in a constant down fall. Fortunately, I finally got a new one, and an even better one - my first DSLR. So I am so excited to get nice photos up for you, at last! I already prepared a few posts and I'm working to get my blogging schedule up again.

To finish off that long intro, I am going to move on to what I wanted to share with you today: a new found love! I've been wanting to get a nice eyeshadow palette for both everyday use and night time - and I think I might have found the perfect one. It's also drugstore/high street, so it's super affordable (at about 10$ or maybe slightly more) and great quality, in my opinion. Now I know this is not a new product on the market, but I would definitely categorize it into the "must-have" section.

It comes with 12 colors, out of which only 3 are matte (the third from the first row - the beige & from the second row, the last ones -the brown and black). Despite this, I do wear the shimmery colors for daytime because I find that it's more of a subtle shimmer, not super-extra-sparkly, so I definitely think anyone can pull off those colors. You can create neutral looks, green smokey eyes, blue smokey eyes, you've got a matte brown (perfect for eyebrows as well) and a matte black - what more can you ask from one palette?! And, as some of you may know, I live in a different city than my parents, so I do travel every few weeks to visit them and this has been my go-to palette that I take with me. So, if you're worried about traveling with it and breaking - don't!

Also, for those of you who are from Romania, just a quick info: you can get this at www.makeup-shop.ro, I am not affiliated or anything, just letting you know, cause that's where I got mine from. It's a great website, they always have sales/discounts and I would say they are reliable also.

I hope this was a helpful review and if you have any questions regarding the palette, feel free to leave them below! I'm also thinking of creating some looks with this palette and posting them, to give you some new ideas of how to work with this. Let me know what you think! And thank you for taking the time to read this!
