One trend that's gonna be in this fall/winter and that I've seen people wear a lot is: the leather trend. Whether it's pants, jackets, shorts or any other item, there are a few ways you could style it and here I want to show you how I personally would style three different outfits with leather items.
Outfit no.1: I like to pair leather pants with cozy knitwear basically. So an over sized knit is one of the best choices you could go for. I think going for items of clothing that are too tight with these leather pants would make the outfit look a bit tacky - but that's just my opinion. As for colors, I've been loving the mint color and plums and I think this is a nice combo, pretty subtle - nothing too crazy.
Outfit no.2: Transitioning your dresses into fall be easily done with some cardigans or a leather jacket (like here). I love the plum color for the jacket and then everything else is brown based, so that it gives kind of a honey-warm feeling to the outfit. I would probably also add some tights, depending on the weather outside - just to keep me extra warm.
Outfit no.3: And lastly we have a very casual outfit. I love knits and chunky scarves for this season and I really liked that owl-print on the sweater. As you can see, plum is also present in this outfit and then the leather jacket to top it off. As for boots, I love wedge ones and the color is just perfect for me.
So I hope this gave you some styling ideas! And do let me know: Which one is your favorite? And how would you style a leather item? :)
